She has had the honor of being the signature caterer for the 2024 Dîner en Blanc in the City of Houston. Her culinary achievements have earned her features on major local news channels in Houston. Iris operates a certified and licensed mobile kitchen, expertly tailoring her catering services to meet the specific needs of her clients.
